New Walking Path to River Reserve Taking Shape

A shared path connecting Taroona Avenue to Warrandyte River Reserve is progressing, with a community information session planned.

Manningham Council is moving forward with a proposed shared footpath on Taroona Avenue that will link Warrandyte Heidelberg Road directly to Warrandyte River Reserve and Everard Drive. This "missing link" will create a safer, more convenient walking route for families wanting to access the river and the broader Yarra corridor.

A community information session is being held at Warrandyte Community Hall so locals can learn more about the project and share their thoughts.
